The right equipment, every time
Grands come off their legs and onto a padded skid board. Uprights are strapped, wrapped and walked with a crew sized to the weight, not the schedule. Doorways, banisters and floors are protected before the piano moves an inch.
Placement, not just delivery
We set the instrument exactly where you want it, reassemble the legs and lyre on grands, and leave the room the way we found it. We recommend tuning a couple of weeks after the move once the piano settles.
