Assessed before it's lifted
Weight, balance point, doorway width and floor surface all get checked first. That five-minute assessment is the difference between a clean move and a gouged floor or a cracked marble top.
Protected in transit
Glass and stone are crated or corner-boarded, appliances are secured and hand-trucked with stair climbers, and everything is strapped to the truck wall so it cannot tip or slide.

- Do you disconnect appliances?
- We disconnect and reconnect standard plug-in appliances and water lines where it is safe to do so. Gas appliances require a licensed technician.
- Is there an extra charge for specialty items?
- Most specialty items are covered by the standard hourly rate. Very heavy items such as safes and pool tables may carry an additional fee, which we quote in advance.
